1. Sand molding machine
1.1 main structure of sand moulding machine
Foundry Static pressure moulding machine is considered to be the ideal modeling method for tidal sand. Its equipment is mainly composed of louver sanding bucket, multi-contact, residual sand frame, formwork frame, lifting table, template changing device, upper frame moving device, The composition of the external quick change plate device (the quick change plate is an option), the compact process is divided into four processes:
(1) sanding ( fill sand)
In the natural drop method, the sand is filled into the sand box and the residual sand frame by the weighed quantitative sand through the louver type sand hopper.
(2) Compaction
The sand type is finally compacted under the compaction of multiple contacts, and the compaction specific pressure can be adjusted within the range of 0.2~1.5Mpa.
(3) pattern draw
The template is separated from the mold by a back-feed mold.
(4) Template conversion
The rotary table rotates 180 degrees to switch between the upper and lower modes.
1.2 advantages of flask moulding machine
1.2.1 Foundry sand Static pressure molding machine has good manufacturability.
The multi-piston sand molding machine compaction process of static pressure molding reduces the difference in the strength of the mold as much as possible to ensure the hardness uniformity of the mold. The utilization rate of the mold at the height of the flask is improved, and the processability is good. Suitable for a variety of diesel engine and automotive castings and other general casting production, such as engine block, cylinder head, crankshaft, rear axle parts like car shell, main reducer, cylindrical gear shell, brake hub, brake disc, shaft differential housing.
1.2.2 Static pressure molding can produce beautiful castings
(1) Multi-contact compaction can improve the hardness of the back surface of the mold, improve the uniformity of the compactness of the mold and the precision of the mold. The cavity is not loose and bridged, and the casting has no knot and sand.
(2) Therefore, the static pressure molding can produce beautiful castings and introduce the materials.
Casting dimensional accuracy tolerance can reach: CT9~CT11
Casting surface finish up to: R25
Casting weight is reduced compared to conventional molding: 2%
Draft angle can be reduced to: 0.5°
The cavity aspect ratio can reach 2:1, which can achieve high hanging sand and reduce the core amount.
1.2.3 Ambient noise can be reduced to below 85db, working conditions are good, no vibration affects the equipment.

Static pressure molding molding rate: 97%
Therefore, the production rate of the styling is improved.
1.2.5 Due to the high precision of the castings, non-stick sand, non-expanding sand, and small quilting, the cleaning work is greatly reduced. Some castings do not need to be cleaned after shot blasting, and the machining allowance can be reduced.
1.2.6 Due to the compaction of the back, the strength is good, the consumption of the sand can be reduced by 10%, and the utilization rate of the cavity height is also increased by 10~15%.
