Product Description


The machine adopts a spring-buffered pneumatic micro-shock mechanism, which can reduce the impact of the shock on the foundation, and the requirements on the foundation are not high. The pattern drawing mechanism  is synchronized by two stripper cylinders , connecting rods and synchronous shafts. This machine has increased Compaction cylinder stroke and compacting force, so the quality of sand mold is firm and uniform.
This machine is composed of frame, pattern drawing mechanism, piston ring shock compaction mechanism, rotating arm squeeze head and pneumatic pipeline system components.
a) frame
It consists of frame, working table , and working table clamping device , and is bolted to the base of shock compaction mechanism. The frame is equipped with some parts of the pipeline system, and the rear cover can be opened to repair the working-table clamping device and the pressure storage oil tank of the pipeline part.

b) piston ring shock compaction mechanism
It consists of a working table, a shock piston, a shock sleeve, a compaction piston, and a compaction cylinder (ie, a cylinder block).
The air inlet for shock compaction mechanism is on the left side of the working table. The working table is equipped with a shock and compaction anti-rotation limit guide rod. The vibrator is on the right side of the working table.
The air inlet for compaction is at the bottom of the compaction cylinder with a path G3/4".
The shock piston uses a piston ring seal and a valve design to increase the reliability of the shock compaction mechanism.

c) rotating arm squeeze head mechanism
It consists of a squeeze head plate, Rotating arm beam,intermediate gear shaft, and piston cylinder liner.

d) The pattern drawing mechanism
It consists of two stripper cylinders , connecting rods and synchronous shafts and ejector pin. The drafting / stripper cylinder adopts a pneumatic oil device to ensure the smoothing of the drawing. The drawing carrier drives the synchronous rod and the synchronous shaft connected together, so that the two stripper cylinders are synchronized with lifting

e) Piping system
The input compressed air is used to eliminate water and impurities in the compressed air through the water separator, and then injected into the lubricating oil through the oil mister, and the actuator and the mechanism are supplied through the manual control valves.

After Sales Service


Operation method and operation sequence
1) Open the air source ball valve, turn on the compressed air, put flask and the residual sand frame, and fill the sand.
2) Rotate the No. 1 valve handle to make the handle in the "shock" position, which is the start of the pre-shock of the molding machine.
3) Turn the No. 1 handle in the closed position, stop the pre-shock, flatten the sand, and take the residual sand frame.
4) Rotate the No. 3 valve handle in the arm-in position and bring the squeeze head into the working position.
5) Turn the No. 2 valve handle so that the handle is in the "compaction" lifting position. At this time, the table rises and compacts. If necessary, turn the No. 1 valve so that the handle is in the "shock" position. At this time, the shock is applied. Turn the No. 1 valve handle to close the valve and the shock is over.
6) Turn the handle of No. 2 valve so that the handle is in the middle position. At this time, the compaction cylinder is exhausted and the working table is lowered.
7) Turn the handle of No. 3 valve to the position of the arm, and the arm and the head will be turned out.
8) Rotate the No. 4 valve handle in the drawing lifting position, while rotating the No. 2 valve handle in the vibrator position, the vibrator vibrates, and the pattern drawing mechanism rises and drawing. Turn the handle of the No. 2 valve so that the handle is in the middle position and the vibrator stops working. This is a way to lift the sand mold that has been made. Rotating the No. 4 valve handle is in the pattern drawing lowering position, and the drawing cylinder is lowered. At this time, the empty flask and the sand frame are manually placed to start the second cycle.
