I: Sand molding machine
Modeling is the most critical step in sand casting, and it is also a process with the most industry characteristics. Formerly, the moulding was pure manual moulding. Now, semi-automatic moulding machine is mostly used, which greatly reduces the workload of moulders.

IV: Core Making Equipment ( cold box core shooter , hot box core shooter )
Mainly hot box core-shooting machine, cold box core-shooting machine, shell core machine, used for the manufacture and shaping of sand core. According to the classification, it can also be divided into vertical and horizontal core-shooting machines.
In general, phenolic resin coated sand is used in hot box core-shooting machine, which is cured directly without mixing sand. In cold core machine, resin sand is cured by blowing ammonia/carbon dioxide.
V: Melting and pouring equipment (Automatic pouring machine )
This step is mainly to melt iron into molten iron, use a water ladle to make the molten iron into the mold, after cooling, break the sand mold, and put the castings in the shot blasting machine to clean up.

The static pressure molding line consists of more than 30 sets of mechanical, electrical control and hydraulic equipment, flasks and trolleys.
