(2) Compaction
The sand type is finally compacted under the compaction of multiple contacts, and the compaction specific pressure can be adjusted within the range of 0.2~1.5Mpa.

The template is separated from the mold by a back-feed mold.
(4) Template conversion
The rotary table rotates 180 degrees to switch between the upper and lower modes.
Automated sand molding line
The static pressure molding machine designed by our company has the following characteristics:
(1) The upper frame is moved laterally relative to the side roller frame, and the scattered sand in the moving and the residual sand scraped off after sanding are returned to the underground sand belt through the chute, and will not fall on the stencil and the unshaped sand box surface. on.
(2) The design of the workbench cylinder has two-stage stroke, the position of the connection box is accurate, and the method of positioning by hydraulic valve is adopted.
(3) Multiple pistons are key components, and the multiple pistons currently used are single cylinders.
l Imported seals are used, and the rods are scraped and sealed with "Stern seal" and U-ring. The joints are sealed and sealed to ensure no leakage. Moreover, the seal is filled with PTFE, which can be semi-permanent and long-lived.
(4) The rod end is secondly guided, and the secondary dusting causes the lateral load to cause partial wear and sand sand to enter and accelerate wear.
(5) Lengthen the width of the guide ring of the piston and the rod end to reduce the contact stress caused by the partial load, reduce wear and pull the cylinder.
(6) The multi-piston lower cavity does not use the multi-contact body radial oil inlet method. Many contacts cannot guarantee that each one is high precision, and the O-ring is easy to be scratched during assembly. The line adopts the section oil inlet mode, and the multi-contact body is ground on the surface to ensure the gap-free O-ring seal to ensure no leakage.
l The first stage of the multi-contact rod is guided by SF-1 composite material, which is resistant to lime sand.
l The multi-contact has a demoulding slope and a non-stick sand polyethylene layer is adhered underneath, so that there is no sand when compacting the return stroke.
(7) Weighing and sanding. According to the model and the need to press out the back and height of the flask. Set the amount of sand to be adjusted, and the height of the sand filling frame is designed according to the excess.
(8) Rotary type plate replacement device is adopted, and two types of upper and lower type plates are placed on the turntable, and each type is replaced, and the type is made up and down.
(9) The die-lifting device is equipped with a thickened piston rod and a guide rod, and the hydraulic system is set to a slow-starting mold, which is lowered rapidly to ensure a smooth condition.
(10) The hydraulic cylinders of the workbench are controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic valves. The rotary table and the upper frame mobile terminal are also equipped with a West Czech buffer, which is fast, accurate and shock-free. Ensure that the machine's operating time can meet high productivity requirements.
